This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more including A/C throughout!<br />Completely remodeled with many custom touches, it's a lovely condo, with a million-dollar view, which makes this unit the prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Located on the fourth floor of the four-story oceanfront building, this oceanfront condo has excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Easy unassigned parking under building and an elevator as well! We have a newly renovated pool area with Jacuzzi located in the atrium area of oceanfront building. We now have mini-split A/C with single blower in living room area. There is not a separate blower in guest room.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The whole condo<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
