We have had a tremendous amount of positive reviews and would like to continue to offer a beautiful place to play. <br />This is a completely REMODLED unit as of DEC 2024!<br />This includes split AC in living area and both bedrooms. Temperature may be controlled in each zone to your liking. This is very important as a lot of owners will advertise that they have AC, but it is only in the living room or they have less effective portable AC units.<br /> We have also installed all solid pane windows and an over size slider. This greatly improves the views over units that have jalousie windows.<br /> We have removed the galley kitchen walls to give a larger and more open kitchen. We moved the full size washer and dryer to upstairs hall closet. Most other owners will relocate them to the bathroom, but this makes the bathroom more cramped. We felt it was worth the extra expense to put them where we did to give our guests a large master walk in oceanfront shower!<br /> New kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances.<br />New flooring throughout entire unit, including new tile on the lanai.<br /> Both bathrooms have been remodeled with open walk in showers. <br /> New living room furniture with more new furniture to come in 2024!<br /> This is an opportunity to stay in a place that already had good reviews due to location but now has the interior to make it an even better place!<br /><br />The Complex is a gated resort that sits on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The resort has a large swimming pool and three lit tennis/pickleball courts. The property is adjacent to Hawaiian Cultural Park on one side, with a rarely used black sand beach. The other side is Kona Country Club golf course. This is truly an oasis compared the the rows of condo complexes in Kona. Keauhou Shopping is only a quarter mile away with a grocery store, restaurants, shops and movie theater. There is also a weekly farmers market!<br /> Our unit is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. There is private high speed wi fi and 3 tv's with spectrum streaming. New split AC downstairs and in each upstairs bedroom. This means that each room temp may be adjusted accordingly. Note one bathroom on lower level and other bathroom upstairs. Neither is en suite.<br /> The range, microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer are all new as of Jan/April 2022. <br /> This unit is one of the closest to the water in all of Kona, so if you enjoy sleeping to the sound of the waves, you will not be disappointed!<br />Please be advised that at the rare times of high surf, storm barricades may be raised at lanai and kitchen windows, this would impact the view.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />We have a private parking spot 30 ft from unit.
