Located on the third floor of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to full condo and resort.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note than now all Airbnb traveler fees are included in the shown rates (Airbnb fee is 15.5%)<br /><br />In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional. If any of that gear is lost or broken, please dispose of, but no need to replace on our account. <br />This unit does not currently have A/C, but has nice ocean breezes!
