Very oceanfront studio (Unit #225) giving you the very Hawaiian experience in a luxury setting. Located in the Kona Bali Kai resort, this is a north end unit and is the closest condo to the ocean there! It has a beautiful full sized kitchen as well as a Cal king size pedestal bed, so although a studio, it has all the right amenities!!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Extreme Ocean Front with sliding glass wall that opens up to make the lanai part of the living room! Beautiful deep green granite with the elegant leather look finish, and teak/bamboo cabinets. The walls are all paneled with teak as well. Awesome stone flooring throughout.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to full condo, and resort amenities.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Unit #225<br />In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
