Though A/C isn't needed thanks to ceiling fans and the ocean breezes that run through the space, the unit offers a new LG smart air conditioner. The living space includes a smart TV with complimentary cable, and there's even a closet-turned-office space with a 27" Dell monitor to plug your laptop into and high speed WiFi. The private lanai off the living room offers incredible ocean and sunset views.<br /><br />The brand new kitchen features stainless steel Haier appliances and quartz countertops, and includes the essentials you need to make your morning coffee or a meal (blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, pots & pans).<br /><br />The bedroom offers a high-end, king-sized mattress for a comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring. In the morning, enjoy ocean views from the bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a two sink vanity and a large shower that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.<br /><br />Kailua Village is a secure complex located in downtown Kailua-Kona, offering a pool, grill, and laundry (pay with the PayRange app). The condo comes with a dedicated (free) parking spot.<br /><br />Please note that due to the recent Kona Low storms which cause substantial damage across the islands, our laundry room is currently not operational.
