Welcome to our beach front, ocean view, 2 bedroom, 2 bath,luxury condo. We are situated above Kahalu’u Beach Park which is one of the best snorkel and beginning surfing beaches in the Kona area. Our unit is a first floor unit and is accessible without stairs. We have a lovely view from our lanai of the gardens and the beach. We provide snorkel equipment, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, floaties for children and numerous other water toys.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our place is perfect for 2 couples or a small family with children. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the spare bedroom and we have a portable crib for up to 2 years old and an inflatable bed for a younger child up to 10 years old. Floors are tile and counters are granite, so cool on the feet and easy to keep clean. There is a small shopping center 6 blocks away for all your shopping needs. There is also a Hawaiian Heritage site with fish pond next to Kahalu’u Park.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Infinity pool and hot tub with view of the ocean are available for full guest use as is the grill and picnic area. There is a private gate to access the the beach as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We live in our condo for approximately 6 months out of the year so we stock it with all the amenities of a home.
