Private parking spot.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />“Magics Beach Grill” is conveniently located on the ground level of our oceanfront building. Their beachfront snack bar opens early and serves delicious Kona coffee, smoothies, drinks, snacks, and full dining options featuring locally sourced ingredients. The food is excellent, and our guests receive a 10% discount during their stay. Be sure to try the popular ʻUlu Fries.<br /><br />Magics Beach Grill also hosts live local Hawaiian-style music during happy hour and dinner service several nights per week. Guests often enjoy the added island atmosphere, though the music may occasionally be heard from the unit<br /><br />*Note...the custom window coverings we are planning are currently being handcrafted and expected to be finished shortly. Until then, the studio still offers excellent privacy thanks to its layout and positioning, as reflected in the listing photos. Sorry for any inconvenience as we complete our remodel with this upcoming installation.<br /><br />Our lanai sits just steps from the ocean — close enough to hear the waves crashing along the shoreline day and night.
