Like most homes in Hawaii, the AC is NOT central but it cools down the house just fine, just not as quickly as central. <br />**NO CABLE- We have two smart TVs so bring your passwords for all your streaming services. NETFLIX is provided by host**<br />**NO DISHWASHER- like many simple homes in hawaii we do not have a dishwasher**<br />**PESTS- We use Orkin monthly for pest control but we are on a tropical island so bugs and Geckos are a common occurance please notify us directly if there are any issues**<br />**SCENTS/ALLERGIES-We are NOT a scent-free accommodation. No refunds will be given for allergy related sensitivities**<br />**RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS-We typically don’t offer reservation changes so please be aware of our cancellation policy at time of booking**We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance**
