In our gated multi-family community you will have the best of both worlds, a private tropical retreat located within 17 acres of lush tropical landscape overlooking Kona’s ocean coastline with country club like amenities, without the high country club fees.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our rare huge 1,100 SF one bedroom with two full baths is truly a gem. It is located on the ground floor with only three steps to the front door. No stairs in the unit. <br /><br />The fresh ocean breezes and tropical fans in each room are often enough for most of our guests. The sound of the ocean waves is truly magical. However, If A/C is a critical need for your stay, please make sure to mention it when you inquire. Hawaii has the highest electrical cost in the United States. We have central air conditioning available for only $25.00 / per day. We do not include A/C in the nightly rate as you would have to pay booking fees, and transient taxes on the A/C fee. It is an extra that we can bill tax-free after your arrival. <br /><br />With tasteful Hawaiian themed decor throughout, you will have two big lanais and a total of four dining areas which can double as a workspace. But we hope you will not spend much time working, there is a nice breakfast nook in the kitchen, a big dining room table, plus two tropical lanais. One lanai overlooks the sparkling blue ocean and pool .
