The kitchen has African Mahogany cabinets. All appliances are brand new. The walk in shower has standard shower head or body spray. There is a convenient outdoor shower to wash off when you return from the beach. Great sunset views from Lanai to enjoy a drink after a day on the beach. we have an upgraded channel package and high speed WiFi. There is beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear. OUR UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. There is ceiling fans and floor fans and an ocean breeze for cooling. <br /><br />IF YOU NEED AIR CONDITIONING TO SLEEP YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK OUR UNIT. ALSO THE SOFA IS NOT A HIDE A BED. THERE IS ONLY ONE QUEEN BED FOR SLEEPING.<br /><br />There is shared washer and dryer on the property it is now app operated so no need for coins.<br /><br />OUR CONDO AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE COMPLEX IS NON-SMOKING. FIINES START AT $150 FOR SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We provide beach gear as an additional perk for our guests. However, we do not guarantee the condition of these items as we have no control over how they are used. If a guest does not report an item missing or broken we have no way to know to repair or replace it.
