Enjoy two pools 8am-8pm (a family pool with keiki area and a quiet spa pool), two hot tubs, an on-site restaurant, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a fitness center with ocean views.<br /><br />Directly across the street, Keauhou Shopping Center offers a grocery store, dining, café options, a movie theater, and essentials. Golfers will love the adjacent Kona Country Club, an 18-hole oceanfront course consistently ranked among the best in Hawaii.<br /><br />Minutes away, Keauhou Bay is known for snorkeling, manta ray night dives, whale watching, and ocean excursions. Just 5 miles north, vibrant Kailua-Kona Village features the iconic Ironman World Championship, plus dining, shopping, and year-round island activities.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have use of the entire condo/lanai.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The condo is only accessible by stairs. <br />The east facing bedroom has an AC unit. The main bedroom also has a new AC. The living/dining kitchen areas are cooled by ocean breezes and fans. <br /><br />Expect normal resort sounds…trash trucks, lawn maintenance, etc.<br /><br />While we do everything to keep tropical bugs at bay by providing monthly pest control, these creatures are indigenous to the environment and a few will occasionally make it inside, especially if lights are left on or food is left out. We do not refund or honor cancellations for the appearance of indigenous critters.
