It’s conveniently near the elevator leading to a private parking space directly below, making luggage and grocery carrying so much easier!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This listing includes access to all of the building perks! Which include pool, hot tub, BBQs, pool table, hot sauna, and tennis/pickleball court. Other conveniences include, an in unit washer/dryer, large outdoor lanai with a view of the ocean and pool. We also provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please understand that our beach is called "Magic Sands" because on rare occasions the sand disappears for a few days and then seems to "magically" return. We can't predict when it will happen, but the sunset always makes it worth a walk across the street. Mahalo!<br /><br />We take pride in the cleanliness of your vacation choice, but please be advised that pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike on luggage, packages, or even your clothes.
