The condo is very close to Magic Sands Beach, and Lyman's. Rent some bikes and ride along the ocean for a fun adventure! <br />Property sleeps 6 with 2 king beds, 2 sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room, and central AC. <br /> <br />**Other things to note: <br />All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, dish soap, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid (ONLY for units that have dishwashers), paper towels, toilet paper. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby stores. <br /> <br />Inspiration for your adventures: The Big Island of Hawaii seems determined to break the norm; the stereotype of the average tropical island, that is. Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, the rain and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make there way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this Information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assure you that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended pest control treatment to not harm people in the house/Condo; which is once a month), it is one of the few cons of the tropical weather.
