It’s in the perfect location for those who seek simplicity, convenience, and affordability.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Here, you can enjoy the oceanfront saltwater pool and an outdoor BBQ area with seating overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. A shared coin or app-operated laundry facility is available on the property. One assigned parking space is provided for guests. Local transportation available includes free trolleys and Biki bicycle rental within walking distance.<br /><br />This 600 sq ft condo is on the 2nd floor. Inside the condo, style meets comfort with a bright interior and welcoming ambiance. One air conditioner unit is in the living room, and ceiling fans in every room to enhance A/C circulation and the tropical breeze. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to show off your cooking skills. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity, bathtub, and ample storage space for your personal items. The entire unit (except for the storage closet on the lanai) is yours to enjoy.<br /><br />For your excursions: The unit has 4 beach chairs, 1 surfboard, 1 boogie board, 4 beach towels, 2 coolers, and fishing gear.<br /><br />Please be mindful of the condominium rules and considerate of your neighbors, many of which are permanent residents.
