Welcome to our lovely, newly remodeled one bedroom, one bathroom condo with ocean and sunset views from our lanai (patio), island decor, brand new king size bed, new, powerful A/C and sounds of waves and birds in the background. This tranquil, oceanfront complex features a heated pool, lush lawn & a BBQ/lounging area with palm trees, reclining chairs & umbrellas in front of the west facing shore - perfect for sunbathing, watching sunsets, dolphins & whales and chillaxing.<br />STVR-19-343828<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a great location for exploring the Big Island of Hawaii. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella are available for your beach outings. Our condo is 1.5 miles from the downtown, waterfront shopping and restaurant district and 1 mile from popular Magic Sands beach. Snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing and farmers' markets are all within short driving distances.<br />Every evening you'll be treated to a new sunset that you can enjoy from the lanai, the swimming pool, the natural ocean pool next door to the left of our complex, the little beachfront area to the right, or the lounging/grill/dining area in front of our complex, all right next to the ocean. So many choices!<br />The condo is 675 sq ft. with an open floor plan. In addition to the king bed, an additional guest could on a single blow-up mattress. Brand new and fully equipped kitchen, games, puzzles, smart TV and cable, excellent wi-fi. The powerful A/C mini-split system was installed in 2022. Dine inside at our dining table or outside on the lanai, or, our favorite, in front of the ocean at the tables near the grills. Everything you need for a perfect tropical vacation!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have full access to the entire condo, the pool and the private beach area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have two beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and beach towels for our guests to use. There is a queen's bath ocean pool next to our complex that is open to the public. Catch the sunset at the complex' private beachfront, where you'll find chairs, umbrellas, tables and grills.
