Fully renovated, top floor condo, steps (160 m to be precise) from beautiful Kahalu'u Bay where you can enjoy snorkelling and surfing (or paddleboarding depending on the surf). This is one of the best snorkelling beaches Hawaii has to offer. <br /><br />While at the condo you'll enjoy the ocean view and tropical breezes. <br /><br />You’ll want to spend your time on the lanai watching the surf, surfers and ships passing as well as the sights and sounds of tropical birds in the adjacent treetops.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Fully renovated, including a new kitchen, bathrooms, furniture and paint. <br /><br />Being on the top floor, you won't have to worry about sounds from upstairs neighbours. <br /><br />It's important to note this is a third floor walk up, so if you have trouble with stairs - do not book.<br /><br />The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo for privacy, the primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a 3 piece ensuite that has a combination tub/shower. <br /><br />The second bathroom is a 3 piece as well with a tub/shower combo and is situated directly outside the second bedroom. The second bedroom also has a very comfortable king bed that can be configured as two twinXL beds depending on your needs, please let us know prior to arrival which configuration you prefer. <br /><br />There are ceiling fans in every room, and each bedroom also has a new window A/C unit. <br /><br />The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals, with a new cooktop, a combination convection oven/microwave in case you want to bake or roast anything, as well as an instant pot, air fryer and rice cooker. <br /><br />We haven't forgotten the blender for your frozen cocktails or morning smoothies. There is a drip coffee maker with a re-usable filter for your morning coffee, or if you prefer a stronger jolt to wake up, we've provided a Bialetti espresso maker. A full size dishwasher was included in the renovation, because nobody wants to wash dishes while vacationing in paradise. <br /><br />We provide all the necessary linens including beach towels so you can pack light.<br /><br />Please note that in the amenities listed, under "beach essentials" it appears to suggest we have snorkel gear for guests. For health, safety and liability reasons we have never offered snorkel gear.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be sent a unique door code a week prior to your visit. <br /><br />During your stay, you will have access to the pool and courtyard as well as the first floor clubhouse - where you can find books, games and extra beach equipment if needed.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a 3rd floor walk up, so is not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. <br /><br />Please be aware that bacause Hawaii has a tropical climate, insects, lizards & rodents thrive here. We make every effort to minimize your contact with them.
