When painting occurs, your lanai will need to be completely cleared of all personal items.<br /><br />The pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for the re-plastering of the pool and for pool deck repairs that are needed after the earthquakes last year. The BBQ grills, restroom and cabana will remain accessible. We do understand this is during Ironman, however, we could not secure a contractor for any other time. Off the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures, with a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed. Head to the bedroom to rest on a queen-size bed. The lanai provides an inviting space to lounge and take in the sunset or enjoy a meal at the table.<br /><br />The condo is conveniently located just a block away from all that Kailua Kona has to offer. Quaint shops and eateries are within easy reach. You can stroll along the iconic Ali'i Drive, watch the surf, take a boat tour from the pier, or attend a luau at a nearby hotel. Fun and adventure are never far away.<br /><br />Please note the following:<br />- This home is ADA compliant.<br />- While children are welcome, please be aware that the lanai is not childproof.<br />- The condo does not have central air conditioning. Wall air conditioner units are available in the primary bedroom and living room.<br /><br />Please also note that the pool will be closed for the entire month of October 2023 for pool re-plastering and deck repairs.
