There is also a twin-size air mattress with built-in pump. <br /><br />Two full bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and the other with tub/shower combo. Towels and toiletries are provided. <br /><br />The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and rice cooker. <br /><br />Washer and dryer combo with laundry detergent and dryer sheet supplied.<br /><br />Individual AC units, ceiling fans, TVs (with Spectrum cable) can be found in the living room and bedroom. <br /><br />A large lanai is accessed from both the living room and master suite. It is the perfect spot for outdoor dining and enjoying the ocean view and sea breezes. <br /><br />This unit overlooks the pool and outdoor recreation area. Three barbecues are available near the pool for grilling your steak or fresh caught fish from the ocean. There is a club house complete with a small fridge and microwave. <br /><br />We provide beach towels, 2 boogie boards, a few sets of snorkel gear, 1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs to help you to enjoy Kona’s beautiful coastline. <br /><br />Reserved, covered parking for your rental car is located under the building. There are elevators located throughout the complex will take you to the 3rd floor so there is no need to walk stairs.<br /><br />The covered parking structure has a clearance of 6'2". Please check the height if you will rent a Jeep. If you rent a lifted Jeep, free street parking is conveniently located just outside the complex.<br /> <br />Kona Pacific is a No Smoking facility. This applies to inside the condo as well as outdoors anywhere on the grounds.<br /><br />No pet except for documented emotional support animals.<br /><br />Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise that disturbs other residents is prohibited at all hours.<br /><br />The condo complex might perform maintenance on pool area from time to time.
