Open kitchen space so you can enjoy the best views while cooking.<br /><br />There are two very spacious lanais. One is upstairs right outside the living room, featuring a dining table, a chaise lounge, and a yoga mat so you can relax or exercise outside. The other lanai is downstairs connected to the bedroom so you can appreciate the views right from your bed.<br /><br />Comfortable queen bed, clothing storage space, and blackout curtains that will provide you with better sleep.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />It wouldn't be paradise if you couldn't walk to the beach! Located just a 5-min walk to the harbor will get you to the beach where you'll find the Keauhou Canoe Club and the famous highly recommended Manta Ray tours.<br /><br />You’re also conveniently located near the Keauhou Shopping Center, where you can find a variety of grocery, dining, and shopping destinations. On Fridays, the shopping center features a multitude of memorable daytime activities such as lei making, ukulele lessons, and an evening show.<br /><br />There's one designated parking space located directly outside the front door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parties/Gatherings: No parties or large gatherings are allowed.<br /><br />Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.<br /><br />We have a noise detection device installed in the living room to monitor excessive noise. It does NOT record any audio or conversations, it just monitors for noise level in decibels.<br /><br />Hawaii is a tropical island, thus small bugs and insects are commonly found everywhere and our condo, unfortunately, is no exception to this rule. We do our best to keep them outside the unit but they find their way in sometimes. Keep in mind these bugs and insects are not associated with our cleaning, which is extremely rigorous. We understand it can be frustrating finding bugs or insects in the place you’re staying, so we apologize in advance. The good news is that you can help to keep them outside by making sure all doors/screens are kept close and no food is left overnight in the kitchen, including in the sink.<br /><br />The State of Hawai requires us to collect taxes, GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.712% and TAT (Transient Accommodation Tax) of 10.25%, on the rent from every guest.
