Violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $500. This includes vapes, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. Quiet hours are observed 10pm-8am.<br /><br />Bedroom with king size bed, soft mattress topper (removable), ample shelving and closet space with hangers. <br /><br />Sofa couch with a queen size mattress.<br /><br />Living room area with a Smart TV, reliable WiFi, desk space if you need to do work on your laptop or otherwise. Brand new ceilings fans in the living room (March 2025) and bedroom (January 2026). Romeo and Juliet style balcony (no room for seating). <br /><br />Fully stocked kitchen with new (July 2025) stainless steel pans. Operational oven, stove top (gas), microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with freezer and any basics you may want. <br /><br />Bathroom with good water pressure in the shower as well as stackable washer and dryer set. <br /><br />This property is very walkable to town (taking less than 5 minutes to several restaurants). Walkable to the beach and has a pool on site if preferred. Gas grills are by the pool area and have propane and grilling utensils ready to go. There is no gym on site.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Code for entrance will be provided 24hrs prior to your stay.<br /><br />Enter parking lot from Walua Rd. First building on the right. Assigned parking.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note this is an open-air condo in a salt-air environment built in 1972. Due to island conditions, occasional dust buildup, salt corrosion, and rare insect sightings can occur. We perform monthly deep cleanings and regular pest control to manage these factors. As with any Pacific island stay, realistic expectations are essential.<br /><br />Security Cameras Disclosure<br />For the safety and security of our guests and property, this listing is equipped with an exterior security camera. Do NOT obstruct the camera.
