The studio includes stainless steel appliances, shaker cabinets with matte black hardware, quartz counters with extended bar area, wall mounted 54-inch TV, armoire, dining table, queen sized sofa sleeper, king sized bed with matching nightstands and palm tree lamps, large format tile shower with mosaic pan and niche and glass surround and luxury plank flooring including AC and wifi.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a newly remodeled luxury boutique studio condo located on Alii Dr., which is the course for the Kona Ironman Triathlon World Championship marathon segment. From the second balcony, you will have a perfect vantage point of the competitors to the East. To the West, is nothing but awe inspiring turquoise ocean views and acrobatic performances of frolicking spinner dolphins. <br /><br />This condo is housed in the historical Magic Sands Resort, which is bounded to the North by Pahoehoe Park and to the South by Magic Sands Beach, which is the only white sand beach in Kona. Great boogie boarding and snokeling. A plethora of yellow tang fish can be seen in the wave breaks.<br /><br />Our home comprises a full service kitchen including pots and pans, appliances, utensils, dishware, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.<br /><br />The unit has air conditioning, slider privacy windows and solid wood core door with electronic key pad access.<br /><br />You will fall asleep to the smells of the ocean breeze and the melodic, meditative sounds of the rhythmic waves.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the whole space.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a private pool and lounge area and grills for BBQing. There is a storage in the bathroom with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler bag, boogie boards, etc. On the North side of the building, first floor, there is a coin/app operated laundry facility for resort guests.<br /><br />The newly remodeled Magics restaurant within the Kona Magic Sands Resort offers a 10% discount to guests.
