Strict policies prohibit gatherings and parties, allowing only those listed on the reservation to enter the unit. Violation of occupancy limits or hosting "Unauthorized Parties" results in charges, including a $500 fee and potential removal with non-refundable reservation days. The damage waiver covers unintentional damage to the rental unit interior occurring during your stay up to $1,500, provided any damage is disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damage exceeding $1,500 and any damage considered intentional will be charged back to the credit card on file.<br /><br />All Guests staying at the Royal Sea Cliff #101 will receive the House Rules via email. This must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Failure to acknowledge, sign and return the agreement may result in cancellation.
