Only two blocks from the ocean and Kailua-Kona town. <br /><br />A few blocks away you have Alii Drive the main street of Kona town where you can find plenty of restaurants with a wide variety of food options. Also close by you have the Kona Brewing Company, Ola Brewing, Cafes and Bars with live music, boutiques, and grocery stores.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo is over 700 sq ft with ocean and sunset view from the outside porch located on a second floor accessed by stairs.<br /><br />There is a common pool on the ground floor for everyone to enjoy with lounge chairs and BBQ. <br /><br />The bedroom is set up with a comfortable queen bed, fan and A/C. <br /><br />The living area has large flat screen TV with Roku for all your streaming needs (Netflix, HBO, Disney+, etc) and an A/C unit for those hot summer days. <br /><br />There is a electric air mattress with all the linens and standard size pillows included with your stay.<br /><br />Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom with bathtub with hot water and great water pressure. <br /><br />The kitchen comes with all the appliances, including a new 4 burner gas stove with built in cast iron skillet and double electric ovens. Lots of counter space and cabinet storage making delicious food and your favorite drinks.
