Great for a family. <br />The unit also includes a flat screen tv w/ free basic cable and free wifi. There is a designated smoking area near the parking lot. <br /><br />This beautiful property was built in the 70’s when parking was not an issue. There are 142 condos and 52 parking spaces. Parking is FREE but not guaranteed -it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis.
