We look forward to welcoming you to paradise!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />House Rules<br />Mandatory $30 registration hold with front desk 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Register your vehicle and receive your gate access card / If you choose to have AC the resort will charge an additional $31.41 per day.<br /><br />Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br />PARKING:<br />Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not block driveways, sidewalks or mailboxes.<br />USE OF PROPERTY: The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.<br />HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES<br />An initial supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, paper goods and other necessities have been provided for your use. Let manager know if you need anything additional.<br />CONSERVE ELECTRICITY:<br />The cost of electricity is extremely high in Hawaii. Please help conserve electricity by shutting off unused appliances, fans, lights etc. Please do NOT change any setting in the freezer or refrigerator. SMOKING: Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. NO smoking on lanai.<br />NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE:<br />It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home. If you need to wear footwear for medical reasons please wear something with clean, soft soles to respect the care of flooring in the home. Mahalo!<br />POOL / HOT TUB:<br />PLEASE read and follow posted rules. Every guest should rinse off before entering the pool and hot tub to maintain cleanliness. <br />FURNITURE:<br />Please do NOT move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture. Interior furniture is to be used ONLY INSIDE. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only.<br />CAUTION STAINS:<br />self-tanning lotions and hair-growth products cause permanent discoloration of fabric. Before you risk ruining furniture or bedding, please wash off these products, thanks!<br />BATHROOM TOWELS:<br />are for use inside the house only.<br />WASHER AND DRYER:<br />Please use with care. NEVER put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle. Please do NOT sit on bedding or furniture with wet suits and do NOT place towels on the furniture – they stain and cause mildew. <br />MAID SERVICES:<br />Maid service is not provided with your rental, unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement. Please call the property manager should you wish to schedule a mid-stay cleaning. Housekeeping is provided upon departure.<br />NEIGHBORHOOD:<br />Please be thoughtful of neighbors, please keep music, noise etc. to a minimum from 10pm to 8am.<br />PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED:<br />Do not bring any animals in the home regardless of how adorable they look. Local friends who visit may NOT bring pets into the house.<br />PARTIES/EVENTS:<br />This reservation is for quiet residential vacation use only.
