Ocean views greet you the moment you walk inside, with the Pacific visible from the living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. <br /> <br />The private lanai is perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation while enjoying refreshing ocean breezes. <br /> <br />The condo sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. <br /> <br />Inside you'll find a bright open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and sliding doors that lead to the ocean-view lanai. Portable A/C units in the living room and guest bedroom help keep the space comfortable. <br /> <br />Guests have access to the oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds within the complex. <br /> <br />Located about one mile south of downtown Kona, you're close to restaurants, shopping, snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park, and bodyboarding at Magic Sands Beach. <br /> <br />Construction Notice: <br />*Alii Villas Pool will be closed 8/17/26 until approximately 9/7/26 for re-plastering and resurfacing repairs, weather permitting. <br /> <br />Additional Information: <br />Minimum night stay varies seasonally <br />Non-smoking property <br />No pets allowed<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. <br />We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
