ACH (e-check) payments are fee-free and only accepted outside of 30 days prior to arrival.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
