Parking spot is close to the unit or covered parking across the road . <br />The complex is located ocean side . With BBQ areas along the ocean. The unit is across the street from famous surf break called Banyans . <br />Great for Ironman guests and regatta events & couples.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Kona Bali Kai is a great complex on Ali’i Drive , a beach road That takes you to restaurants on the water, sports bars, night dancing , close to beaches that’s are great for swimming , snorkeling and surfing . The Studio it’s a big studio. <br />We have created 3 areas for your comfort and entertainment. <br />The living room area , where you can relax with a book or do some remote work in the computer . The dining room table to enjoy a meal if it’s too hot on the lanai ( balcony ) and the bedroom with a king size bed that faces the ocean. We have a smart 58 ‘ Tv for you to enjoy movie time . From the left side of the bed you can see the peek a boo ocean view , it’s so nice . The studio has a fully equipped kitchen , with everything you need to cook , or warm left over meals . Coffeemaker, blender, cocktail / martini maker and glasses . Toaster .. etc anything you need to save a little money on the eating out all the time . <br />The restaurants are only 5-12 mins away . The bathroom has a full shower with tub with a window that faces the mountain , a separate vanity area to get ready for the day . It’s a great place for couples ! <br />It’s fun , relaxing , comfortable, and convenient.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to the whole entire studio . <br />Plus the entire Kona Bali Kai property. BBQ ocean side areas, pool and jacuzzi located ocean side of the complex . Laundry room next to the pool area . <br />The covered parking lot across the unit or nice parking lot next to the unit .<br />The Poke Shack for snacks or fresh ahi poke for lunch . Convenient stores right next to the complex.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We would love to welcome you at our studio.
