This first-floor condo gives you over 1,700 square feet of island living, with direct ocean exposure and the kind of calm that's hard to find anywhere else on the Big Island.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />Two bedrooms sleep up to six guests across three beds. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and French doors that open onto the lanai, plus a private granite-encased soaking tub en suite. The en suite bathroom is finished with a black granite vanity and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head, handheld sprayer, and granite bench. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and natural light, with a nearby bathroom featuring dual sinks and a granite-and-stone walk-in shower.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, Koa wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave - everything you need to put together a meal from local market finds. When it's time to eat, the lanai's island teak dining table is hard to beat. A built-in wet bar with refrigerator makes it easy to keep drinks cold and the evening going.<br /><br />Indoor comfort<br />Ceiling fans run throughout the condo, and Daikin customizable air conditioning is available when you want it cooler. A washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and cable TV cover the practical side. Hangers, an iron, and a safe round out the essentials.<br /><br />Outdoor living<br />The lanai sits just steps from the water's edge, with outdoor seating for lounging and watching whatever the ocean decides to offer - spinner dolphins are a regular feature, and between November and April, humpback whales are known to breach within view.
