This is the closest unit to the Magic Sands beach in all of Kona. You will enjoy how easy it is to access the beach, smoothie shack and shave ice! <br /><br />You might see dolphins, whales, rainbows, and course fish! The coral reef is right outside your door. One of the best snorkel spots and surfing spots in Kona is just a little walk away. Boogie boards, bicycles and snorkel sets are provided.<br /><br />At night when the stars are out and the turtles are resting you can fall asleep to the lullaby of the waves!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Ocean front suite has approximately 400 square feet of space. You'll find a galley kitchen, living/dining and king bedroom space. Some special features to note are two King Sized beds for the price of a queen. Also provided are two bicycles, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment. <br /><br />You'll find that the kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner when you feel like taking a break from dining at the Magic's Grill restaurant next door. ;) And when you feel like not making dinner anymore or going to Magic's for a full lunch/dinner you can grab a snow cone across the street or have a smoothie or snack from the beach shack next door at Magic's Grill. <br /><br />When you are ready to dine you can either serve yourselves inside your suite or by the pool area. Your dining area is large enough for four people with you own private view of the ocean and sunset. Just like a rented pool bungalow for the evening! <br /><br />For relaxing during the day or evening you can watch the waves or the smart tv from your sofa. For guests or children the sofa turns into a KING SIZED BED!! <br /><br />The bedroom space has a KING SIZED bed and night lights that provide a tiki ambiance. Let the ocean sing you a lullaby to sleep!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire suite is yours during the rental period. The pool, barbecue area and the garden is shared. Of course the beach which is just steps away is free and just steps away!!! Since you are a guest you won't have to find parking for the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There will be $125 cleaning fee request so I can pay a great living wage for my cleaner.
