Pack up the wagon with beach & snorkel gear all provided for you and ride the Kona trolley to beaches, breweries, or hotels.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You can't ask for a more convenient location than downtown Kaulua-Kona. Everything you might have at home can be found in the condo and then some. Walk steps to downtown, jump on the Kona Trolley for $2pp to the Outrigger to watch to Manta Rays at dusk, or to the King Kamahama for a family friendly local sand beach, rent water sports equipment, enjoy restaurants, Kona and Ole Breweries, farmers markets, and of course shopping spots, all convenient.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />As this is a one-bedroom condo, you are the only guest that occupies the space. You have full access to onsite amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and outdoor BBQs (4) at the pool area from 9 am-9 pm daily. There is a separate key for the pool inside the unit as well as spare keys should you need them for the condo. Parking is included and makes it easy if you have a rental car. We attempt to keep general supplies stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, coffee filters, bottled water, spices, etc. The local ABC store is 1 block away for additional supply needs depending on your length of stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Upon arrival please make sure you register with our complex. We have forms inside the condo as well as down by the resident management office by the pool area if for some reason you do not see them in the guest book. You will see a wooden box to drop them off marked "register" at the complex office. It also lets you know our local contact should you have any issues as well as alerts the onside property manager there is a guest in the unit.
