Linens, towels, beach towels & umbrellas are provided.<br /><br />5 minute walk from the beach & Kona pier.<br /><br />Swimming pool, WiFi, free assigned parking, and laundry facilities are available.<br /><br />15 minute drive from Kona airport.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Partial renovation completed in 2026: new lanai, new refrigerator, new windows!<br /><br />This is an average sized 2-bedroom condo near downtown Kona. It includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, living room with dining area, and a screened lanai. It is in walking distance to the ocean as well as many restaurants and stores. There is a swimming pool on the property available for guests to use. There are also laundry facilities available for guests, but the washer and dryer machines are not located inside the condo.<br /><br />There is an extra single-size roll-away bed in one of the bedroom closets for an extra place to sleep.<br /><br />The TV is equipped with Roku Smart system and features signed-in Disney+, ESPN+, and HBO Max, and HULU accounts.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to all rooms and spaces.<br /><br />The entire condo is available for your private use. This property features self-check-in with a keypad code.<br /><br />The check-in instructions are sent to guests in an e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail or you cannot find it, please let us know as soon as possible.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This property is a winner of a Booking dot com Traveler Review Award in 2021 and 2022.<br /><br />The assigned parking space for the condo is in very close proximity to the building.<br /><br />Please be quiet between 10 at night and 8 in the morning.<br /><br />Free WiFi internet is provided. We have not had any complaints from guests regarding the speed/reliability of the internet service. The speed is 50 mbps.<br /><br />Please do not overuse the air conditioner and do not leave it running when you are not inside the condominium.<br /><br />Be aware that the laundry machines are not inside the condo. The laundry room is located next to the swimming pool and it is coin-operated. It is open from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM.<br /><br />A key is required to access the swimming pool area. The swimming pool area opens at 8 AM and closes at 9 PM.<br /><br />There is an extra single-size roll-away bed in one of the bedroom closet for an extra place to sleep.<br /><br />For guests staying more than a few days: Please be aware that I do not provide guests with an unlimited supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and other consumable items because doing so encourages guests to consume them irresponsibly and without moderation. Airbnb has confirmed that providing “essentials” does not equate to an unlimited quantity of consumable products. If you consume all of the provided toilet paper or garbage bags, please purchase your own. Thank you.<br /><br />I try to provide enough towels for each person staying at the condo. If guests need extra towels, one additional set of towels can be provided at no extra charge. A set = 1 bath + 1 hand + 1 washcloth. Please communicate your needs. For 3 or 4 night reservations: one set of towels per person and one extra bath towel is provided. To respect the environment and to use water responsibly, I do not supply an unlimited supply of clean towels. Laundry machines, located in the center of the community, are available for guests to launder towels or other items if necessary.<br /><br />If guests would like to pay for additional laundry service, I can ask the housekeeper if she is available.<br /><br />This condo has one single dedicated assigned parking space immediately next to the entrance. For guests that have more than one vehicle, there is not a second easily accessible space to park in the parking lot. If you know in advance that you will need a second space for parking, you might be able to rent a second space if you ask in advance.
