Relax, recharge, and enjoy your stay.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We love our condo with its view and ocean breeze. Especially its close proximity to our favorite restaurant Lei Leis. Look out onto the greenery from the kitchen, living room and screened lanai. The updated, open kitchen and tall ceilings create a spacious feeling. Lanai has sitting chairs as well as a table to eat at. Accommodates 6 comfortably. <br /> Featuring a brand new, super quiet dishwasher and full size washer/ dryer for your convenience. All detergents and soaps provided. Brand new AC unit in master bedroom. Brand new Split Ac unit in living room as well as loft. All towels and linens are fully stocked. We wash everything, every time. There is a selection of pillows and blankets varying in thickness for your comfort. Strong Wifi throughout. TVs in the master bedroom and living room.<br /> Master Bedroom boasts a full ensuit bathroom, memory foam king bed, new AC, ceiling fan, tv. Tall sliding glass doors that open to trade winds as well as blackout curtains for your comfort. <br /> “Bedroom 2 “ is a seriously spacious loft with closet. Featuring a memory foam king bed, double size bed, devoted split ac unit, window facing the trade winds as well as a strong ceiling fan over the bed. Please note the Loft staircase in pictures. In the closet you will find A pack n play with mattress for the little ones, a highchair, ironing supplies and extra storage for suitcases. <br /> Children and babies count as guests. 6 guest maximum. We want to make sure the condo is the right fit for your unique vacation. *Note there is no longer a Pull out sofa. <br /> Private entrance and private space. Our gated condo accommodations include a free, designated parking spot. 2 Beautiful pools, tennis court, pickle ball courts and charcoal BBQ grill. You will notice people conveniently walking from the condos to Lei Leis restaurant, or Turtle Bay Resort and its surrounding beaches. <br /> The condo is centrally located between Haleiwa town and Laie town. Drive or catch the bus from the bus stop right outside the condo security gates. Walk to the multiple restaurants, Pool Bar, hotel bar, activity center, work out facilities, spa, coffee lounge, 2 golf courses, Horse stables, walking trails or amazing beaches that all make up gorgeous Turtle Bay Resort. Take advantage of our Pools, BBQ grill and tennis courts that all make up beautiful Kuilima Estates East. <br /> A walk along the golf course and under the trees bring you to the white sand beaches in either direction.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Our unit is located in Kuilima Estates East and is a quick 5-10 walk to Turtle Bay Resorts and the stretch of beaches along either direction. explore endless walking trails, quiet beaches, restaurants and the world-famous Palmer Golf Course. The unit comes with one designated parking stall as well as guest parking.<br /><br />Our condo has access to two private pools that are shared within <br />the community, along with BBQ pit and Tennis + pickle ball courts.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />*Although my cancelation policy is strict, I understand life happens.
