You are within walking distance to secluded beaches, complex pools, running trails, horseback riding, surf, golf and more!<br /><br />The unit has been recently renovated (Flooring, bathrooms, kitchen)Come and enjoy the North Shore of Oahu<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our condo is on the ground level and has a screened in lanai - located on the 3rd hole of the George Fazio golf course, easy for you to enjoy the Hawaiian breeze and mountain views. Plenty of backyard space for the kids to run around coupled with privacy from the trees and greens outside the back door. The condo has two A/C units (rare for Kuilima), one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout. This is a corner unit with plenty of sunshine and an open, paradise feel.<br /><br />The master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. We also have a full bed within the pullout couch in the living room and a queen sized air mattress if you should need it. We are about a 2-minute drive to the resort or 5-10 minute walk. Take in nightly sunsets at Turtle Bay's secluded beaches and lagoon, a cocktail or dinner at Lei Lei's or visit the horses at the stable right on the ocean for a peaceful evening retreat.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a legal and registered vacation rental.
