You will be given a code to enter the front door prior to your arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the condo complex hot tub and sauna, which is open from 9:00am - 8:30pm. <br /><br />INCLINE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Please note that the private beaches within the unincorporated town of Incline Village are managed by the Incline General Improvement District. We have NO control over the accessibility of these Private Beaches and IVGID has made it increasingly more difficult for guests of owners (especially STRs) to access the private Incline Beaches. The old "beach pass" program of 5 years ago is gone. There are no such things as "beach passes". Each Incline Property Owners is allotted 5 IVGID cards (either picture pass or punch cards). Owners access the beaches with a picture pass card (the owners of this property have their 5 picture pass cards), while guests of owners may access beaches either with an owner (owner has to pay the beach fee for their guest) OR with a punch card with a specific dollar value added onto it IF and only IF owners have one available. <br /><br />Currently, as of 6/1/2025 each owner can purchase a TOTAL of only THREE (3) punch cards for guest use, each with a value of $165. This property has only 3 additional guest punch cards for the entire year, from 6/1 until 5/31. For us, this means that we will offer them to guests who book longer stays, such as 5+ days. We will also offer them based on booking date. Once they are gone, we cannot buy any more. Currently the cost of accessing the beach is $17 for adults, $9 for kids 6 - 17 years old, and free for toddlers 5 and under. Those amounts are deducted from the $156 punch card.<br /><br />There are any number of other beaches available in the area as well...some with no cost, state parks with a smaller entry fee, and ample number that you can hike to on the East Shore of the Lake that are free other than some energy to hike to them. Check out the Alltrails app to learn more about beach hikes.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please be aware we are not allowed to have pets on the property due to HOA regulations. Please also note that we have a minimum age requirement of 30 years of age or older. There is a one-car garage that fits a medium-size vehicle but also there is guest parking with a parking pass. Please no smoking or vaping indoors and if you choose to smoke outdoors, please throw away butts appropriately.
