With 2 dedicated bedrooms featuring comfortable queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms, our condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Need to get some work done? Our dedicated office space is fully equipped with a murphy bed, providing a comfortable and convenient space for both work and relaxation. <br /><br />Our condo boasts plenty of storage throughout, making it easy for you to keep all your belongings organized and out of the way. Relax in the cozy living room with an electric fireplace, perfect for enjoying a night in after a long day of exploring. <br /><br />Step out onto the private balcony to lounge on the outdoor sofa and soak up the sun. Our condo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy all the comforts of home while exploring all the exciting outdoor activities and entertainment that the area has to offer.<br /><br />Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including an oven, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Plus, you can pack light knowing that you'll have access to a washer and dryer right in the unit.<br /><br />The entire unit has a whole house carbon filter and water softener to ensure you get the highest quality of water while showering, etc. There is a smaller water faucet to the left of the kitchen sink faucet that dispenses reverse osmosis (RO) water so you will not need to stock up on bottled water!<br /><br />There is also an outdoor storage space to store golf equipment, ski and snowboard equipment, and comes with beach chairs!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire space except for the "cleaner's closet," that is locked to guests and the grill which is not available for guest use.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking is open and not assigned. Please park in any uncovered space that is close to the unit. Please note, there are two parking passes for guests that are hung on the coat racks upon entrance. Please return the passes prior to checking out. Failure to do so will result in a $100 replacement fee.
