This is a 2 level condo - 3 bedrooms downstairs, a very large open living room and dining room upstairs, adjacent to the kitchen.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our condo is on the 1st floor of the building, just 1 level up from the ground. There is no elevator, so you must climb 1 flight of stairs to the entrance. In addition to the large common rooms upstairs, there is a large deck directly off the living room which has a table and chairs, perfect for eating al fresco in the summer under the gorgeous pines. There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs, and a half bath upstairs. All bedrooms have new carpeting, new blinds, are freshly painted, and the downstairs bathrooms have new flooring. It is both cozy and relaxing.<br /><br />Nearby is the Incline Recreation Center, which offers swimming, basketball, a fitness room, tennis courts, and fitness classes. It is also a short walk to the Hyatt's free shuttle up to Diamond Peak ski resort. Plus, Incline Village Golf Course is only a mile and a half away.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is a 1 car garage available to you, although the door is manually operated. There is also ample parking onsite, around the building. Feel free to park either in the garage or outside. You will be provided with a parking permit, if you choose to park outside.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Incline Beach, which is across the street, is a private beach and since the pandemic, has only been open to residents. However, public beaches are close by: Sand Harbor Beach a mere 3 miles away, and Kings Beach only 6 miles away.
