Contact me for more info.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Aloha! This 364 Sq Ft condo is bright and airy with beautiful views over the Ala Wai Canal and Diamond Head in the background. Tropical breezes and morning sunlight!<br />This unit is not suitable for pets or infants/children and will be rented for up to 2 adult guests only. <br /><br />The condo has:<br />*King size bed - space for up to 2 adults only<br />*Kitchen Table and work space<br />*Couch for sitting (not an extra bed)<br />*Storage for clothes<br />*Closet for clothes and hangars<br />*Large fridge<br />*Small electric stove and oven<br />*Full kitchen with rice cooker, air fryer, crock pot etc. <br />*Table and chairs on the lanai (balcony)<br />*Full bath walk in with accessibility bar to hold, toilet paper, bidet, bath towels/wash cloths, cleaning supplies<br />*Beach towels, linens, bath towels etc. and 2 beach chairs, 2 holo cards to top off by guests for bus use.<br /><br />*A/C, and 2 standing powerful fans <br />*Sony 45 inch smart tv with Spectrum Cable with fast Internet speed<br />*Washer and dryer in the unit with detergent<br /><br />*Guest parking is available for up to 6 hours at a time but not for overnight parking. There are lots of options for paid overnight parking nearby.<br />*Security guards at the front entrance <br /><br />This condo is situated in the apartment precinct and is a 30 day minimum rental and is a great space for Snow Birds, traveling Nurses, or other professionals looking to get away! Everything you need is in walking distance including shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops, small markets and Target, THE BEACH, and much more! <br /><br />Waikiki and Oahu in general is easy by bus or daily car rentals. Bus stop right down the street. The building has first come first served parking stalls on the 6th parking level for parking up to 6 hours but not overnight. The key fob must be used to access the parking garage on Walina. There is free parking on the Ala Wai canal and parking garages nearby for overnight parking.<br /><br />The transient accommodation, general excise, and city taxes along with AirBnB fees included in the overall price for 30 days stay or more. Tax is 17.25%.<br /><br />Waikiki is a bustling city and so you may hear the noise of the street, sirens etc. but with the sliding glass door shut, this unit is quiet. With concrete floors you won't hear your neighbors on either side of you in this unit and you won't hear the elevator. <br /><br />Please contact me if you are interested and I will answer any questions you may have! Thank you!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire condo is yours while renting along with the rooftop deck with pool, BBQ's and sauna. FOB must be used to access deck and to enter the building. Security sits at the front desk and are very helpful! Guest parking for up to 6 hours is first come and first served in the building. All tenants must sign in to park. Otherwise there is overnight parking at the International Marketplace or other paid locations or free parking on streets like the Ala Wai canal area if you can find it.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />** $50 charge for lost key fob.<br />**Any electric bill over $100 will be covered by the guests. I cover up to $100 and Airbnb will collect any extra electric bill expenses.<br />**Always turn off lights and fans before leaving to mitigate costs.<br />**A/C is a high end unit that can remain on at 75 degrees at all times. <br />**If the unit is extra dirty with lots of dirty dishes, caked on food dropping on floor, oven, fridge or stove, the cleaning fee will be increased by an extra $80 for a deep clean paid for by the renter.<br />**The cleaners do not wash the drips pans on the stove so if those are caked with drippings then you maybe charged the extra amount.<br /><br />**When using the AC keep it at 75 degrees on cool. You can turn it down at night if need be. <br />———-Any dripping water over the side of the building could result in a fine that will be paid by the renter. Empty the drip bucket regularly! <br /><br />**This unit has motorized blinds with a remote. Instructions for how to properly use the remote is provided. Sliding glass door must be closed when blinds are down. Follow the instructions for how to use them. If they become deprogrammed and are not reprogrammed by the end of the renter's stay, there is a $50 fee.
