For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.<br /><br />No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). A cell phone is preferred in case the Property Manager needs to call you back.<br /><br />EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:<br />Because a previous guest may check out of the condo at 11am the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in (8am or later) is to reserve the condo for an additional day.
