While the unit remains fully accessible, there may be some noise during these hours. <br /><br />This units lanai is open the work is done on this side of the building. Workers are painting the building. Work is being completed on the opposite side of the building. I will not be stopping by unless needed. Sometimes the building workers do need to enter. This will be posted before hand in the elevators and does not happen often. You do not need to be inside the condo for them to enter.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The building is currently working on an outside spalling repair and painting from 10/1/25-10/31/26 Mon-Fri 8am-4pm<br /><br />Please note the building will periodically undergo routine maintenance. Including pest control, AC filter changes, and plumbing repairs. As a result, the laundry room, AC, and water may be temporarily unavailable at certain times. As well as maintenance will need access to the unit at the posted times. This is mandatory.
