The building has a pool, hot tub, bar & restaurant and the apartment gets total privacy being the only unit on the rooftop. Your space comes with WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy queen murphy bed, dedicated workspace, beach gear, breezy vibes, and clean décor that feels like home.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Perched on the rooftop of the Bamboo Waikiki, your unit is a 5 minute walk from the famous Duke Kahanamoku statue on the beach, International Marketplace, and legendary food in all directions. <br /><br />The 306 sq ft apartment is perfect for couples or solo travelers and comes equipped with ice cold air conditioning. Your bedroom has 2 beautiful sliding glass doors with an ocean glimpse to let breezy fresh air in. There’s a dedicated workspace in the hallway which is perfect for getting work done as you enjoy a morning coffee or tea. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals and you’ll have a small dining table area with 2 chairs. The bathroom is squeaky clean and great for rinsing off after a day at the beach.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Check in: Guests can check in with the front desk to receive keys to the unit. <br /><br />Parking: The building has a very small parking lot available for $40/night (max height 5’10). Please reserve with me a few weeks/months prior to your trip.<br /><br />Access: You must walk up two sets of stairs to access unit, as the elevator stops on the 12th floor, and the unit is on the 14th floor.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />No Smoking and No Pets. <br /><br />There are 2 sets of stairs to access the unit. <br /><br />Parking: Waikiki parking is extremely limited & difficult. We recommend taking Uber/Lyft/taxi from the airport. If you have a small car, you can reserve parking as mentioned above, otherwise Waikiki Banyan & Kuhio Village are other popular options. <br /><br />Rooftop Noise: Due to the unit being on the rooftop, you’ll avoid most street noise.
