The 5th floor in the building has a pool, laundry, shower, and barbecue area. The room has great views of the ocean and mountains. You can see the sunset from the private lanai. It is properly cleaned and has all the kitchen essentials you’ll need for cooking. This is a 50% discount from the normal rate in the garage. This is a public garage with In/Out privileges.<br /><br />This is a rare corner unit on the opposite end from the elevators offering guests a quieter, more private experience.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please follow all building rules. The shared 5th floor is open from 7 am to 11 pm. The pool is accessible from 9 am to 9 pm.
