Ice mould tray is in the freezer.<br /><br />Living/Bedroom: Sliding door (3-panels) separation between living and bedroom. Please note that door does not lock and close tightly.<br /><br />Suite size: 533 sq. ft. Living area<br /> 67 sq. ft. Lanai <br /><br />A/C: There is a window system (15,000 btu) in the living room and portable unit in the bedroom. <br />Note: Contrary to quiet split A/C system, the units in the suite generate noise. Also, depending on usage and humidly, condensation (water) discharges from bottom of the window A/C onto the lanai which is a standard function and not a leak. <br /><br />Linens provided during your stay: Towel - (2) sets (bath, hand, wash) + (1) beach towel provided for each guest. Large vehicle such as cargo van, trucks, and SUVS - Suburban, Tahoe, Expedition, Yukon, Escalade, Navigator, Qx80, Wagoneer, etc., surpassing the height limit will be prohibited to park in the garage and PARKING PASS WILL NOT BE HONORED. <br /><br />In the event items listed below are damages and/or not returned upon checkout the replacement cost will apply as follows:<br />Parking Pass: $ 250.00<br />Security Key: $ 75.00 each<br />TV, A/C Remotes: $ 125.00 each <br /><br />There are no child proof accessories installed in the unit, i.e., corner/edge bumpers, outlet covers, safety latches/locks, safety guards, bed guards, and we do not furnish play-n-pack, air mattress, car seats, etc. <br /><br />The Waikiki Banyan is a multi-use condominium managed by the office of WB AOAO. As such, we do not have any control over scheduling of projects that may involve water shut-off, construction noise, emergency closures of amenities, fire alarm testing, etc., within the building and/or nearby vicinity. Construction work approved by AOAO is permitted between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, except holidays. <br /><br />Due to security reasons, we do not accept mail, package, delivery of any kind for guests......
