Access to condo, pool, parking and laundry<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />★ PARTY SQUASHER ★<br />We have a device installed that measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio.<br /><br />★LAUNDRY FACILITY★ Paid washers and dryers are located on every floor. Washers and dryers, including detergent vending machines, accept laundry card that comes with the unit. The condo association does not allow a washer & dryer installed within the condo unit. <br /><br />★ PARTY/GROUP/EVENTS NOT PERMITTED★<br />Not set up for gatherings/events/parties of any kind. Very important that “ALL” guests staying must be included in the reservation. If you are planning a party or group event, do not book this suite. This will result in heavy fines and immediate eviction from the premises. <br /><br />★ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES ★<br />Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises—the building enforces a $500 fine for smoking/vaping, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, please confirm via message. On check-out day, vacate the unit by 10:00 AM and send a message to confirm you’ve checked out.<br /><br />★ DISCLAIMERS ★<br />✔ The garage has a 6-2foot (74 inches) height limit (lifted vehicles, larger SUV may not fit)<br />✔Sorry the building does not provide surfboard storage and does not allow surfboards into the elevators. Bodyboards bikes and skateboards are fine. <br />✔There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand washing <br />✔ We advised our travelers to accept the Airbnb Travel Insurance<br />✔ No mail or shipping. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail or packages. Uber eats, grocery deliveries are allowed. <br />✔ Noise: The building is finishing construction on the lanais on opposite side of building. (weekdays 9am to 4pm) Pool is closed during the construction period. This unit also faces a busy intersection, and though it is above the 12th floor there still can be some noise if you're sensitive.
