Enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the 35" & 55" LG TVs.<br /><br />The kitchen has a 3/4 fridge, 24" electric range/oven, over counter microwave, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and comes fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware and other essentials.<br /><br />Laundry accommodations are located on the 3rd floor of the building.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll be quick to appreciate the convenience of having 24hr parking access with unlimited in/out privileges. <br /><br />Elevator access is restricted by key fob, allowing you to stay worry free with a security desk in the lobby manned 24/7.<br /><br />The entire condo is yours to enjoy!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />I take pride in my condo and welcome everyone with Aloha! <br /><br />I appreciate the value a four legged friend can add to your stay, but unfortunately our association has a no pets policy. Service animals are always welcome though!<br /><br />Please let me know at the time of booking if you plan on staying with your service animal.
