We Inspect and reinspect making sure every corner of the unit has been thoroughly clean and sanitize. <br /><br />Please gather all belongings when checking out. You must register with security guard before occupying the unit. <br /><br />You will be provided with a fob for entry to the building from parking garage. Fob is also used to access the Gym and restrooms. <br /><br />Please note that we will charge $100.00 fee for parking pass or fob if lost and not returned upon check-out.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-in/check-out and parking instruction and door code will be sent out to you 24 hrs. prior to your arrival. <br /><br />Check-in with the Security guard upon arrival and before occupying the unit.
