AC and lanai usage has been restored***<br /><br />Recently renovated modern condo/ studio centrally located in Waikiki on the 10th floor of Marine Surf Waikiki— a short 5-10 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, Luxury Row, the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, International Marketplace, and is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. <br /><br />This condo boasts modern, luxurious amenities such as a fully equipped high-end kitchen, spacious bathroom with barn door, full length mirror, plush king-size bed with linens and pillows, air conditioning, 65” smart TV with Apple TV set against a board and batten wall, WiFi, a private lanai (patio deck), and has a dedicated parking stall. <br /> <br />Additional amenities such as beach towels, umbrella and chairs are available. <br />Please note, we do not provide snorkel gear. <br />Upon request, for guests with small children, a pack n play with mattress and high chair is available. <br /><br />Amenities of the building:<br />1. FREE parking for guests with a reservation, on a dedicated / private stall. <br />The daily rate for parking / valet for hotels in Waikiki is roughly $40-$50 per day, not inclusive of tip.<br /><br />Parking garage clearance is 6'2".<br /><br />2. Aloha Steakhouse and The Seaside Oyster Bar on premises (1st floor of the building). The restaurants will honor a discount for building guests. <br /><br />3. Laundry and dryer are located on every floor of the building. They are operated by a reloadable card, which the guest is responsible for reloading. The machine that reloads the card only accepts cash. <br />However, we do provide detergent and fabric softener sheets<br /><br />4. Front desk and security<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have complete access to entire condo, as well as amenities of the building such as laundry and pool.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Other things to note—<br /><br />1. The building is secure. A key fob is required to access building, parking garage, elevators, etc. <br /><br />2. Self check-in using a code to get into the condo <br /><br />3. Clearance for parking in the building is 6’2”. Large trucks cannot be accommodated in the garage. <br /><br />4. We are dedicated to creating a safe and healthy environment for your stay. The condo is properly cleaned and sanitized prior to every stay. Should you need cleaning supplies during your stay, they are stored under the kitchen sink. <br /><br />5. Standard check-in is @ 3pm. We are more than happy to accommodate early check-ins when possible, given the condo is vacant and has been properly cleaned prior to check-in. <br /><br />6. Standard check-out is @ 10am.
