This lovely studio with a spectacular city view is a nice retreat for any travelers. I just had a split-system Mitsubishi air conditioner installed, and it is exceptionally quiet and cool, more comfortable. Located across from Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and nightlife, including a grocery store right around the corner. Only a few blocks away from Waikiki beach and within walking distance to the Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Shopping Center.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The condo consists of a single studio room with a small bathroom, a sink and storage area, and a balcony with fantastic cityscape views. The main studio room is where our king-size bed is located, as well as a wall-mounted TV with a workspace located right underneath. I just had a split-system Mitsubishi air conditioner installed, and it is exceptionally quiet and comfortable. A small kitchen area with two electric stoves space, coffee maker, a toaster oven, and utencils is provided for anyone who would like to do a little cooking. The bathroom is equipped with a Japanese bidet and supplied with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. on the balcony, there is a table and two chairs for any guests who would like to enjoy some fresh air. Sitting on the cool, tranquil balcony in the morning, savoring coffee and breakfast while admiring the scenery of Diamond Hill, it is a truly uplifting experience, offering a quiet, relaxing indulgence.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Public spaces are located on the 5th floor of the building. Includes a swimming pool and credit card-operated laundry machines.<br /><br />The front-desk at the lobby is available 24hr.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking space is available for an additional fee ($20 per day/night), subject to availability.
