You are within minutes of walking distance to almost everything - beaches, restaurants, bars, surfing lessons, boat tours, grocery stores, shopping malls and more.<br /><br />Every time I come to Hawaii, I am happy. I hope our place can bring you happiness too. :-)<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />* Key Features *<br /><br />1. Oceanview: a full wall of windows facing directly the ocean and beaches<br /><br />2. Spacious balcony facing the ocean: relax on the outdoor sofa or lounge chair while watching the ocean waves<br /><br />3. Comfy beds: a king bed with a very comfortable mattress, and a queen sofa bed<br /><br />4. Upscale decor: hardwood floor with modern, and homey furniture<br /><br />5. 65-inch TV: enjoy Netflix or any other streaming services on a big-screen TV<br /><br />6. Full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, pans, plates, and wine glasses<br /><br />7. Big bathroom: a bright vanity and a high-water-pressure rain shower<br /><br />8. Pools: 2 swimming pools in the building<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />* Car & Parking *<br /><br />1. If you need a car, you can rent mine through Turo. Parking inside the building is included with the car rental. You can book the car for a partial of your stay, but I do have a 2-day minimum. The daily price is around $100, subject to seasonality. Parking inside the building is $45 per day, so my car rental is equivalent to $55 per day. Available first come, first serve.<br /><br />Before your Airbnb booking is confirmed, Airbnb DOES NOT allow me to send you a link to book the car.<br /><br />AFTER you book my Airbnb, you will receive a link to book my car separately.<br /><br />2. You can also rent a car at other car rental places. Parking is $45 per day inside the building. Sorry that the building does not assign parking spots to owners otherwise I'd have offered free parking. I am able to offer free parking for my car because I bought a long-term parking spot.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />🚭 House rules 🚭<br /><br />1. Just a reminder that our house rules are NO PARTY and NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere, including the building, room, and balcony. We enforce a fine PLUS any damage caused if there is any smoke smell or party discovered. Many many thanks for your understanding.<br /><br />2. Please rinse off the sand before you enter the building and the room. Most beaches have public shower stations.<br /><br />3. Please turn off the AC and save energy for the world when you go out.
