However, there is an ADJOINING unit right next to this booking unit with other guests (they will have their own amenities and space). We want to let you know that sound can pass through thin walls. You are welcome to and please cancel this booking as soon as possible to find other accommodations that better suit your needs. <br /><br />*Quiet hour is 10PM to 8:00AM as a courtesy to the adjoining guest. <br /><br />You also have access to many other amenities and features in Building and nearby: <br /><br />- Large swimming pool, hot tub & sundeck on 5th floor in Building.<br />- BBQ's and tables set up on the sundeck for your enjoyment.<br />- Gym in building for one-time $5 fee (sign up in security office).<br />- Very secure building with keycard access to elevators & 24-hour security <br /> and cameras.<br />- Car, motorcycle, scooter, & mini-coupe rental companies in lobby.<br />- Sundries Mart for small needs in lobby.<br />- Restaurants & bar on property <br /> including bakery, lounge, Night Club, Pub, and some great restaurants:<br /> Cream Pot and Maleko (you need to try their malasadas). <br />- Laundry facility in building on 5th floor that takes credit & debit cards.<br />- Full time security staff in place.<br />- 7-11 is right next door along with the bike stations to rent a bike.<br />- About 10 minutes’ walking to Waikiki beach. Close to Hanauma bay and <br /> diamond head.<br />- The security office on the lower lobby can storage your luggage for just $5 if you need after checking out.<br />- Activity Desk in the upper Lobby (L). They rent Smart Cars, Surfboards, Beach Chairs & Umbrellas, Coolers, etc., And Lots of Island Activities/Tours! Stop by their Desk. They are Great!!<br /><br /><br />** IMPORTANT:Please Keep the room keys away from your phone,all credit cards and debit cards.If it doesn’t work,don’t worry,just go to the security office on the lower lobby floor and they will fix it for you immediately.The service is 24-hours.They will be on the lobby floor at night.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Transportation and Resources:<br /><br />The most economic way to get to our building is by bus if you don’t have much heavy luggage and don’t arrive too late at night. It is best to take bus W-Line without having to transfer. However, trip duration is 40 minutes without traffic and you also have to walk 8 minutes after getting off (no direct bus stop). <br /><br />If you decide to take Taxi/Uber/Waikiki Shuttle buses, it will approximately be a 22-minute drive from the airport to our building without traffic. <br /><br />We are 19min walk or 17min bus from Oahu’s most famous Waikiki Beach. We are also 23min bus from the foot of the Diamondhead Crater hike.<br /><br />You can also rent the BIKI bike, use UBER, take THE BUS, or rent a car. <br /><br />From the building,<br /><br />1. Target Alamoana: 11min walk or 20min bus (closest super grocery store, opens 7am to 10pm).<br /><br />2. Donquiote: 17min walk or 11min bus<br />(second closest super store that opens 24 hours with Asian-Japanese based produdcts).<br /><br />3. International Market Place: 17min walk or 12min bus<br />(closest mini-mall with shopping and restaurants, also where the Waikiki Target is, opens 10am to 9pm).<br /><br />4. Walmart: 24min walk or 14min bus<br />(opens 6am to 11pm).<br /><br />5. Alamoana Mall: 24min walk or 14min bus<br />(most popular mall in Oahu, opens 10am to 8pm).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We're taking extra care to disinfect all hard surfaces for your safety. <br /><br />Please note that Airbnb will charge the Hawaii State taxes required on each rental, which are General Excise Tax of 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 10.25%.<br /><br />VERY LATE CHECK-IN:<br />If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 100 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and turn right where it turns into the Lobby (L).<br /><br />- All amenities on the recreation deck are accessed with room key; laundromat on 5th floor takes credit cards;<br />- Gym pass is $5 for the entire stay.<br /><br />Parking is as follows:<br /><br />Entrance clearance is 6 feet 2 inches. Parking rate is $50 per 24 hours with unlimited in and out priviledges, discounted $45 if purchasing multiple passes paid in advance directly to parking attendant in CASH ONLY with ATM on site. There is no online reservation. 24 hour starts when you first enter the garage, not by calendar days. <br /><br />There is also free parking running along the sidewalk of Ala Wai Boulevard. To manage expectations, it can be very difficult to find as everyone is competing for free parking but it is not impossible. Also please note that there is city's street cleaning from 8:30am to 11:30am on every Monday and Friday. (Vehicles parked during these times will be towed so please remember to remove your car).
